The ‘JOIN In and Get Active’ Group meets every Wednesday throughout the year. From April until November JOIN runs alternate walking and riding groups to help members keep fit, mobile and active. Both groups get members out and about enjoying fresh air and exercise.
During the winter we run our ‘Fit Friends’ exercise project of dance, aerobics and circuit training sessions to improve health and fitness, in a fun group, that is geared to the ability level of the group.
